BoomBet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and BoomBet ("BoomBet", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the BoomBet platform, including the website at boombet.vu, the BoomBet mobile app and all related services. Please read every section carefully before proceeding. If any part of these Terms is not acceptable to you, you must not create an account or use BoomBet's services.

These Terms apply to all players, including Pakistan-based players who access the platform via the BoomBet website, mobile browser or Android app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BoomBet platform in any form — website, mobile browser or app — and by registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is not limited to a single action. Every time you log in to your BoomBet account, you are confirming your continued acceptance of the most current version of these Terms. 3. Account Registration

BoomBet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where reasonable password security was not maintained by the player.

BoomBet reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time. 4. Deposits & Payment Methods

BoomBet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of depositing.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different person — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, BoomBet reserves the right to void any associated play and return the funds to the source. This policy exists to protect players and prevent fraud.

BoomBet does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. PKR is the only currency accepted on BoomBet. 5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the Cashier section of your BoomBet account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically processed promptly and funds usually arrive within a few hours, though BoomBet cannot guarantee delivery times as these depend on the payment provider.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, BoomBet may require identity verification to be completed. Accounts where verification is pending will have withdrawals held until the process is finalised. This is a standard anti-fraud and player protection measure and applies to all accounts regardless of the amount being withdrawn.

Withdrawal requests may be declined in the following circumstances:

Every bonus offered by BoomBet comes with a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. • Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separately in your wallet. Real money funds are spent first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

7. Sports Betting Rules

BoomBet offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, football, esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are placed in PKR. Odds displayed may be in decimal, fractional or other format depending on your account settings.
• A bet is confirmed only when BoomBet's system has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that do not receive a reference number have not been accepted.
• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled except where the platform's cash-out feature is available for that specific market and you choose to use it before settlement.
• BoomBet reserves the right to void a bet where it was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds, such as an obvious data feed error or a price that was clearly incorrect at the time of placing.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — match result bets stand if the match reaches a point where a result is determined under the competition's official rules, including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) calculations.
• If a match is abandoned before a result is possible, bets on the match result are typically voided and stakes returned. Market-specific rules will be displayed in the relevant betting section.
• BoomBet may impose maximum stake limits on specific markets at its discretion, including on accounts suspected of professional betting activity or arbitrage.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on all individual selections being correct. One void leg in an accumulator typically reduces the number of selections, which may affect the payout.

8. Casino & Slots

BoomBet's casino section includes live dealer games — baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and game show titles — as well as a large library of slots from reputable game providers. The following rules apply to all casino and slot play on the platform.

• All casino games on BoomBet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real physical dealing equipment managed by independent studio operators. Game outcomes are not manipulated by BoomBet.

BoomBet monitors accounts for unusual patterns of play and payment activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, accounts may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. BoomBet cooperates with financial institutions and authorities as required by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

BoomBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
